SRCSD parents/legal guardians can click this FOCUS SANTA ROSA Parent Portal to access and view attendance and discipline in the FOCUS app and assignment information in student grades tab.
In addition, some schools also utilize a student planners and PLANBOOK which can assist parents/legal guardians in locating homework assignments.

SRCSD parents/legal guardians provide input yearly through a Public Hearing on the Santa Rosa County Code of Student Conduct. Within this document Discipline information is provided. Attendance information can be accessed within this document.
SRCSD parents/legal guardians can communicate and cooperate with their child’s teacher through the FOCUS SANTA ROSA Parent Portal, by emailing the teacher directly or over the phone. Please allow 24 hours for a response to a phone call and 48 hours to a response to written communication.

Additionally, SRCSD Parents/legal guardians may upload attendance excuse notes through the Parent Portal
