An inclusive classroom is a general education classroom where students with and without disabilities learn together. Inclusive classrooms are welcoming and support the diverse academic, social, emotional, and communication needs of all students. The philosophy of inclusion encourages all students to learn together as much as possible and is responsive to the needs of all students, as all students learn differently.
