Important Information About the 2025-26 School Year Application
Applications are now being accepted for the 2025-26 school year. Please keep in mind, spaces are filled based on need as established by eligibility criteria approved annually by our Policy Council.
Once you have submitted a complete application, you will be contacted by our ERSEA office to schedule an interview.
Selection of students for the 2025-26 school year will be made in the summer with notices sent to all applicants.

This application is ONLY for families that have NEVER applied for Santa Rosa County Head Start and/or Early Head Start in the past. If you have NEVER applied at any time in the past, please use this application. There are two steps. Once you complete the first step, please return to this page and complete the second step.
Your application will not be complete until both steps are completed.
Families previously Applied
This application is ONLY for families that have applied for Head Start and/or Early Head Start at anytime in the past. If you have applied at any time for any child in your family, please use this application. There is only one step to complete this application.
