Our Goals:

• First and foremost is to successfully address 70% of all safety related work-orders. This will be monitored through the automated work-order system and documented through annual safety inspections.

• Upgrade aging HVAC systems to more efficient systems when determined to be the most cost effective measure. (Proctor Engineering Check-Me Program in conjunction with Gulf Power)

• Begin a preventive maintenance program by labeling and logging all major equipment. This will serve to extend the life and improve the efficiency of the equipment.
