Please be aware that on Monday, 11/21 the ITS Infrastructure Team will conduct scheduled maintenance of the 3CX Phone System.
The outage is expected to last from 6:00 PM until 6:30 PM. During this time, anyone using 3CX desk phone or the 3CX smartphone app will not be able to make or receive calls.
The ITS Infrastructure Team will notify everyone when all services are restored.

This is a reminder; we are still experiencing an issue with the Apple School Manager (ASM) not syncing properly to our systems. To resolve the issue, per Apple Support, we need to disable the ASM sync process. During this time users will not be able to login to Apple-based managed devices.
ITS will initiate this corrective process on Friday November 18th at 7:00pm. Per Apple support, the process can take two to three days to finish. Once that process is complete, we will re-enable it and verify the issue has been resolved. We will send a follow-up communication when this process has been completed.
