Pre-Approved Devices and Support

Information Technology Services (ITS) has pre-approved the following devices for purchase from CDW-G or via Dell Premier. The purchase of devices needs to be coordinated with ITS, preferably via the Incident IQ (IIQ) ticketing system for tracking. Devices not pre-approved or recommended through ITS may not be supported, so allow us the opportunity to help you with your tech purchases. We can reach out to distributors ensuring the best pricing and correct configuration.

In IIQ:  Other Requests > Quote / Purchase Requests > select the item type
