Upon being offered a position within the Santa Rosa County School District, you will be required to complete new hire screening procedures in the Human Resources Office. This includes a Drug Screen Consent Form and an I-9 Employment Eligibility Form. You will also be given an informational packet with instructions on how to set up your Fingerprint/Background Check. You will NOT be permitted to work until we receive clearances on both your Drug Screening and your **Fingerprint/Background Check

Please Note:** In order to complete your I-9 Form, you will need to bring with you to our office certain types of identification, including a picture ID and a document that proves your eligibility to work in the United States. Find a complete list of acceptable documents on page 8 of the I-9 Formhere. You must have either one item from list A or one item from both list B and list C (as shown on pages 8-15).
